We offer FREE delivery to the greater Des Moines area including Urbandale, Johnston, Windsor Heights, West Des Moines and Clive.
Delivery days are Mondays & Thursdays.
Orders placed between 5:00 pm Sunday-5:00 Wednesday will be delivered Thursday. Orders placed between 5:00pm Wednesday-5:00 pm Sunday will be delivered on Monday. Deliveries can be expected between 10:00am-2:00pm. Orders will be dropped off. No one needs to be present for delivery.
Want to pick-up your order instead? Orders placed before 5:00 pm can be picked up the following weekday between 9:00am-5:00pm.
Pick-up at Collaborate DSM located on the south side of Ingersoll at 31st. Parking in back lot. Pull into first driveway southwest of Ingersoll on 31st. Please limit parking to 5 minutes. Enter through front door on Ingersoll.
Don't live in the Des Moines area? You can still place a order and have it mailed to you via USPS. Orders will be processed and mailed within 48 hours of ordering.
USPS is the most carbon efficient methods of shipping because they already go to everyone's house everyday, therefore providing little added footprint.
No plastic will be used to pack and mail products
Our products are not packaged in plastic. We use paper, glass or aluminum. All paper products are recyclable curbside. Glass and aluminum containers can be returned to Simple Sundries for reuse.
Aluminum and glass containers can be picked-up during the drop off of your next delivery. Or drop them at Collaborate DSM weekdays between 9:00-5:00
Packaging is not returnable by mail but reusable at home
Plastic is a necessary material for dispensing liquids and creams with pumps.
The only products we carry that contain plastics are our pump dispensing lids for mason jars which are made from 100% post-consumer salvaged plastic! The foaming soap pumps are the only ones that contain virgin plastic.
We do not currently refill or sell liquid soaps.
